We initiated an account consolidation strategy, shifting spend from fractional ad sets to broad, data-rich demographic learning structures. Simultaneously, our creative producers established weekly UGC testing cycles, producing direct-response videos designed around emotional visual hooks and structured messaging overlays.
To capture and scale high blended ROAS, we rebuilt their digital platform onto a custom headless Shopify framework. This reduced conversion path latency to under 1.2s. We then configured first-party pixel aggregators to bypass standard browser tracking limitations, feeding cleaner purchase signals back into Meta's advertising algorithm.
